- After the February 2, 2008 MTV/My Space forum 'Closing Arguments: A Presidential Super Dialogue' the MTV Choose or Lose website poll question "Which Candidate Best Connects with Young Voters" was responded to as follows:
- Ron Paul 54%
- Barack Obama 28%
- Mike Huckabee 9%
- Hillary Clinton 9%
- Mitt Romney and John McCain were excluded in the poll because they declined to participate in the forum.
