The RNC Chairman Robert M. “Mike” Duncan announced that Carly Fiorina, Lew Eisenberg, Frank Donatelli, and Michael DuHaime will join the "RNC team".- Fiorina will serve as the Victory Chairman, Eisenberg as the Victory Finance Chairman, Donatelli as RNC Deputy Chairman, and DuHaime as Senior Advisor for Political Operations.
- The RNC press release said that Fiorina's "business experience will be vital to Senator McCain and the RNC as we travel the country talking about the Senator’s plans to create jobs for working families and set the conditions for economic growth."
- Fiorina was CEO and Chairman of the Board for Hewlett Packard from 1999 to 2005 and is also a contributor to the Fox Business Channel.
- She was fired from Hewlett Packard in 2005 and received a $21 million cash severance.
- Eisenberg was a partner at Goldman Sachs for several years before founding Granite Capital International Group in 1990.
- Donatelli is the Executive Vice President and Director of Federal Public Affairs for McGuireWoods Consulting and also serves as counsel to McGuireWoods LLP.
- He served as an assistant to President Reagan for Political and Intergovernmental Affairs and as deputy assistant to the President for Public Liaison at the White House.
- Du Haime, born in 1974, was the youngest Presidential campaign manager in history.
- He served as campaign manager to former US Presidential candidate Rudy Guiliani in 2008.
