Abdul Rehman Jinnah was indicted in May 2006 for illegal campaign contributions.- Shortly after his indictment he left the US and went to his native Pakistan.
- Jinnah returned a year later and has been under house arrest since.
- This week Jinnah plead guilty. He admitted Monday that he used straw donors to contribute at least $53,000 to Clinton's political action committee, HillPac, and Boxer's 2004 reelection campaign.Sentencing will be in June of 2008.
