Michelle Obama, 44, is the wife of Presidential candidate Barack Obama.
She graduated from Princeton University and Harvard Law School before going to work at Chicago law firm Sidley Austin.
Michelle and Barack met when she was assigned to mentor him when he was a summer associate with the firm and they were married in 1992.
After Sidley Austin Michelle served as the Assistant to the Mayor of Chicago, Executive Director of Public Allies, Associate Dean of Student Services at teh University of Chicago and then as Vice President for Community and External Affairs also at teh University.
Michelle has been featured as one of the "25 of the World's Most Inspiring Women" by Essence magazine, "10 of the World's Best Dressed People" by Vanity Fair magazine and was 58th on "The Harvard 100".
